Not everyone has a garage or a spare room. That's where smart fitness mirrors comes in. You might have heard about them and thought that its a passing fad. It isn't, in fact there are more smart mirrors in the market now.

Fitness mirror is just a mirror when not turned on, and turns into a TV screen + Mirror when you turn it on, to display a virtual trainer for guided workouts. Some mirrors offer functionality for self-correction, while others provide AI-driven form feedback. Forget tiny phone screens; these mirrors bring workouts to life on a wall-mounted or stand-supported big screen, requiring minimal space

Lululemon Studio Mirror

The OG. Lululemon Studio Mirror complements any home decor, its design is minimal and sleek, it offers polished classes, and even personal training. It can be wall mounted or free standing.

Being the pioneer in workout mirrors, it boasts a large community and a vast class library, backed by Lululemon for excellent yoga and bodyweight workouts. It doesn't come with any accessories such as weights. It offers no touch screen though, you have to navigate using the companion app

Tempo Studio

If you are not doing strength training, you might want to rethink. Strength training is essential and so beneficial for women. It helps build strong bones, and prevents you from gaining weight after menopause, improves posture and alignment and boosts metabolism. Now back to workout mirrors, and this one incorporates strength training.

Tempo takes the mirror a step further. Weight lifting in the gym, can be intimidating, tempo, tries to ease you into weightlifting. Along with the mirror, it comes with a set of dumbbells and plates. Tonal gets rid of the issue that Tempo has. You don't have to buy any weights, weights in Tonal are absolutely digital. Yep. Tonal brings you total body workouts without the hassle of free weights, resistance bands, and other fitness accessories. It's basically an amped-up, smart version of a traditional cable machine. It has resistance cables that can provide a resistance upto 200 pounds, so you don’t need any weights.

You won't ever need to manually adjust the weight — Tonal's AI does it for you. But it looks less like a mirror that can just get camouflaged in your home.

Nordic Track Vault

Nordic Track Vault is a mirror with a built in storage cabinet, and looks like a mirror when turned off. It is built by the people who make NordicTrack equipment and the iFit app and they are pretty good at this fitness stuff. So if you are an iFit member, you can use your app on this mirror. This one combines the Lululemon mirror with the Tempo studio offering. So it is a mirror, and it also comes with weights.

Echelon Reflect

This one is like the Lululemon Studio Mirror, but more budget friendly, and looks slightly less sleek

Proform Vue

If the Mirror and the NordicTrack Vault had a baby, the ProForm Vue would be the result. It comes at the same price as the Mirror, offers a behind-the-mirror storage setup akin to the Vault, and operates with iFit. The ProForm Vue features a 22-inch touchscreen, and comes with a solid amount of accessories: a 10 pound barbell, two 5 pound dumbbells, and four 2.5 pound weight plates. All of these accessories can be stored on the back of the Vue, so everything will stay tidy
